so for lunch - salad (w/ ranch dressing), mixed veggies, bananas with almond butter and water. simple right?

well im off to see how much i can get done today. healthy heights!
on april 23rd i did something i always wanted to do...attend a boot camp workout class. well although it was extremely challenging, i was in love. i decided to join the new 6-week session on may 5. this blog chronicles my experiences, diet and attitudes over the course of the class.
