Day 15 - monday 5.19.08 3:28pm (lunch)

LUNCH: almond butter and homemade pineapple/apricot jelly on a whole wheat toasted english muffin, red apple, ezekiel 4:9 cinnamon raisin cereal (for my fiber) topped with vanilla almond macaroon granola in lowfat vanilla almond milk.
